Darius Anderson is the Founder and CEO of Kenwood Investments, a California Opportunity Fund seeking new ventures to build upon the unique brand of California. Darius is a talented political strategist who also understands the hard-charging working dynamics of big business and big government. Philanthropy is important to Darius, and he is involved in a variety of charitable activities. He is a passionate art collector and owns world-class collections of baseball memorabilia. Darius Anderson holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from George Washington University in Washington, D.C.

Born in San Francisco, Pilar brings more than 20 years of experience in hospitality, customer service, management, and operations to Wing & Barrel Ranch. Prior to joining the Ranch, she spent 12 years at Palo Alto Hills Golf & Country Club, serving in several leadership roles, including Wellness Director and Food & Beverage Director. Pilar and her husband moved to Sonoma County in 2020 to be closer to family and enjoy exploring the region’s food and wine. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, traveling, hiking with her husband and their three dogs, and spending time with friends, family, and her seven godchildren.

A proud Sonoma County native, Michael brings more than 15 years of private club hospitality experience to Wing & Barrel Ranch. Prior to joining the Ranch, he held roles at Mayacama Golf Club and the San Francisco Yacht Club, where he developed a strong understanding of club culture and a passion for exceptional member service. Outside of work, Michael enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and two daughters, shooting sporting clays, hunting pheasants, enjoying great food and wine, and the occasional golf trip to Mexico. His appreciation for the sporting lifestyle and Sonoma hospitality make him a natural fit for the Ranch.

Amber brings more than 15 years of experience in brand marketing, design, and communications to Wing & Barrel Ranch. Her background includes work with brands such as Restoration Hardware, Minted, and New Line Cinema, with expertise spanning brand strategy, creative direction, content, social media, and audience development. At the Ranch, Amber oversees the brand across print and digital campaigns, events, signage, merchandise, and more. Outside of work, she enjoys great books, crisp rosé, yoga, traveling, and heading to the coast with her husband and two daughters.

Chef Jim Cutler brings a deep passion for seasonal, locally sourced cuisine. Raised in Centerville, Ohio, Jim’s love for cooking started early—spending hours in the kitchen with his mom and grandma, watching cooking shows, and even dressing up as a chef.After attending the Midwest Culinary Institute, he moved to Napa Valley, working at Farmstead, Silver Oak, Cakebread Cellars, and Inglenook, where he rose to Sous Chef. He later held leadership roles at CIA Copia, Sterling Vineyards, and Sonoma Golf Club before joining Wing & Barrel Ranch. When he’s not crafting world-class menus, Jim enjoys hunting on the ranch and creating elevated dishes that celebrate Sonoma’s bounty.

Sofya brings a wealth of experience in the hospitality industry. Her impressive background includes roles at some of the most prestigious establishments in Napa Valley and beyond. Prior to joining us, Sofya honed her skills at the esteemed Harlan Estate, PlumpJack Group's Winery Division in Napa, as well as the illustrious Thomas Keller Restaurant Group in Yountville, CA. With her extensive expertise in financial management and a deep understanding of the high-end hospitality realm, Sofya is a valuable addition to our team. Her meticulous approach and commitment to exceptional service ensure that our members' financial affairs are handled with the utmost professionalism.

Alicia brings extensive experience in private club hospitality, luxury retail, and member service to Wing & Barrel Ranch. A Sonoma State University graduate with a BA in Sociology, her background includes roles at Mayacama Golf Club and Williams Selyem Winery, where she developed expertise in member relations, curated retail experiences, event coordination, and operations. Alicia’s thoughtful, relationship-driven approach and appreciation for the outdoor lifestyle make her a natural fit for the Ranch. Outside of work, she enjoys horticulture, hiking, creative pursuits, and spending time in her garden with her two cats, Bruce and Wayne.

Tasha brings 15 years of hospitality experience, with a background spanning luxury hospitality, food and beverage, events, wine, and restaurant leadership throughout Sonoma Wine Country. Prior to joining Wing & Barrel Ranch, she spent nearly a decade at Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn before going on to lead hospitality operations and wine programming within Petaluma’s restaurant community. With a passion for genuine connection and thoughtful service, Tasha brings a warm, personalized approach to the member experience and enjoys building lasting relationships and creating memorable moments. Outside of the Ranch, she enjoys spending time with her niece and nephews, biking around Sonoma Plaza, and continuing her wine education. She is currently pursuing her WSET Level 2 certification.

A Bay Area native, Gary brings extensive private club and hospitality experience to Wing & Barrel Ranch, having begun his career in the industry at just 17. Prior to joining the Ranch, he spent seven years at Meadowood, working in events and banquets and developing a passion for creating elevated guest experiences. Gary earned his BA in Psychology from Point University in Georgia, where he played baseball for four years. Now calling Napa home, he enjoys golf, sporting clays, and spending time outdoors. Having grown up around firearms and the sporting lifestyle, Gary brings a natural appreciation for the traditions, hospitality, and sense of community that define Wing & Barrel Ranch.
